What is Ask-the-Library e-mail reference?
| This is a virtual reference desk, to which you can submit a
question. The answer will be sent to you by e-mail.

| Who will receive my question? |
| The library will answer questions and
refer to expert colleagues as needed. Our goal is to provide a response as
quickly as possible, usually within two working days. The work week is Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. If library staff are away, you will receive an out-of-office reply indicating when they will return. |
| Who can use Ask-the-Library? |
| We can reply to questions from outside the New York
School of Interior Design or the consortium only if the question pertains to the New York School of Interior Design and its library resources themselves. |
