Part I, Annotated Bibliography:
Using one of the standard bibliographic forms (Chicago Manual of Style, MLA, etc.) provide a bibliography of the building type or types you are investigating in your thesis. In addition to a standard bibliographic citation, provide a few sentences on each source read describing its value to your research and the perspective it takes on your topic. Bibliographies should have at least ten sources cited and must contain at least one book, one periodical article and one electronic source.
Part II, Bibliographic Essay:
Based on your research of the building type or types relevant to your thesis, write a two to five page essay on the history and evolution of the building type or types. Also discuss the uses of and activities the take place within this building type. Use proper footnotes to cite your sources.
