Printing fee Fall 2009

All students who register for courses at NYSID must pay the registration/technology fee at the time of registration.  This fee covers the administrative cost of registration and provides students with access to technology at the college.  Each student is assigned an account number and may log on to the NYSID network both on campus and from a remote location.  Included in the fee is a net printing allowance of 200 pages irrespective of size or type.  Photocopies and plots are counted the same as is color vs. B&W.  When a student uses more than 200 pages the student’s account will be automatically billed $75 for each additional increment for 200 additional pages of printing.  Unused printing does not carry over from semester to semester, and students are responsible for monitoring their accounts and being aware of their level of usage.  No requests for refunds will be considered when an account goes over the 200 page allowance.
